Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of BriskRepair, provided by Briskmind Technologies Limited.
Last updated: February 2026
1. Who we are
BriskRepair is provided by Briskmind Technologies Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the actions of the users you invite to your account. You must remove access for people who no longer work for your business.
3. Trial and subscription
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with access to the product. No credit card required to start the trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription at £59 per licensed location / month, charged in advance for each licensed location. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for part-periods unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully or to store unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other customers' data.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of the business data you put into BriskRepair. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the personal data of your customers and staff.
7. Payments taken from your customers
Card payment processing is provided through Briskmind Payments and any onward payment provider, and is subject to separate agreement and pricing. We are not a party to the commercial arrangements between you and your customers.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and reliable, and we provide UK-based support during business hours. We do not commit to a specific uptime percentage or response time in these terms; where we agree service levels with you separately, that agreement applies.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of goodwill, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if fees remain unpaid, or if the service is used in breach of these terms. Where practical we will contact you first.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to account owners.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form on this website.
