How Briskmind Technologies Limited handles personal data for the BriskRepair service and this website.

Last updated: February 2026

1. Who is responsible

Briskmind Technologies Limited is the data controller for this website and for the personal data of BriskRepair account holders. Where you use BriskRepair to store data about your own customers and staff, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: name, business name, email address and account settings.
  • Enquiry data: the details you submit through our contact, demo and switching forms.
  • Usage data: technical logs needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
  • Billing data: subscription records. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

3. Why we use it

  • To provide, secure and support the service (contract and legitimate interests).
  • To respond to enquiries you send us (legitimate interests).
  • To take payment for subscriptions (contract).
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

4. Marketing

We use the details you give us to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists without your consent.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run BriskRepair — hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, and payment processing through Briskmind Payments and our subscription billing provider. They act on our instructions under contract.

6. Retention

We keep account and business records for as long as your account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Enquiry records are kept for a reasonable period to handle follow-up.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. To exercise a right, contact us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. International transfers

Where data is processed outside the UK by a service provider, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is controlled per business and per location, and payment credentials are held server-side only. See our security page for more detail.

10. Changes and contact

We will publish any updates to this notice on this page. Questions can be sent through the contact form on this website.
