Why we built BriskRepair
Repair shops were being asked to run on retail tills, spreadsheets and paper job sheets. None of those know what a repair ticket is, what a device history means, or why a part must leave stock only when the job is done.
So we built the system around the repair itself: intake, estimate, approval, workshop, parts, payment, receipt. Everything else — reporting, roles, multi-location — follows from getting that spine right.

Briskmind Technologies Limited is a UK company, and BriskRepair is built for repair businesses in the UK — GBP, UK VAT handling and UK-based support.
